Talk with local homeowners, and most will tell you how affordable the cost of housing is in San Antonio compared to other cities in the country. Do you want to build on your own lot, or in an existing community? The typical home takes 4-6 months to build. However, sometimes you can find new homes readily available (inventory homes) to move into. Most sell quickly. Would you like some help finding such homes? Why go it alone? Do you want to deal directly with the New Home Sales Counselors or would you prefer someone like me, who will provide unbiased opinions and expertise on the builders and on the communities you are visiting? Frankly, I’ll work for you – not the builder. Concerned about who pays my commission? It might surprise you to learn that, in virtually every case, it’s the seller or builder.
